Dong Bang Shin Ki Xiah, Micky and Hero for a lawsuit against SM?

One of Asia’s biggest group Dong Bang Shin Ki, has 3 of its members in a possible lawsuit against their own company SM Entertainment.

Dong Bang Shin Ki members Xiah JunSu, Micky YooChun and Hero JaeJoong had gone to Seoul Central District Court to hand in an application for provisional disposition to terminate all effects of their exclusive belonging rights contract with SM on 31st July.

It has been known that their reasons for doing so is that the contract with SM Entertainment has many irrelevant conditions attached. It is also known that the content to the contract the 3 members cannot agree to includes having them belonging exclusively to SM Entertainment for 13 years and also unhappiness over profit allocation.

The lawyer responsible for this case said, “We are currently preparing for a lawsuit against SM for this contract. (About the reasons to why) We cannot reveal the details now.”
There has also been saying that the 3 members have differing views to SM on their upcoming ‘Dong Bang Shin Ki cosmetic enterprise expansion’.

Currently out of the 3 members, JunSu is already doing a cosmetic business with his parents. It is said that there were plans for the company to operate a cosmetic business, with sheep placenta as the main ingredient, using the group’s name as the brand name in Seoul GangNam and GyeongGiDo IlSan. It is said that there were also plans for the business to be launched in China bringing in hundreds millions KRW in profit.

But it has been said that the 2 sides are having some differing views and also complications arose through their discussion on how the product and brand will go.

More DBSK Dramas: Changmin to Make Acting Debut

First, it was Jaejoong. Then, it was Yunho. Now, DBSK's maknae Max Changmin has joined the group's ever-growing acting club, as he is set to star in an upcoming drama titled "Paradise Meadow".




Besides Changmin's casting, few details have been released so far about this Samhwa Networks-SM Entertainment romantic melodrama. First Shop of Coffee Prince's Jang Hyun Joo and Into the Sun's Suh Hee Jung co-wrote the script, and shooting starts at the end of August in Jeju Island, but as of now, there are no news of any rumored or confirmed co-stars.



Changmin's entrance into the acting world means that the only non-acting DBSK members are Yoochun and Junsu.

After that Keita Tachibana asked "Do you have to be like this?"
Ryohei Chiba then said "because Keita Tachibana fringe is too short, that's why he can't do that!" which made Keita in a jokingly angry tone "I'll grow it long then!"
Then becoming a monk's topic came, Keita Tachibana said "If Jaejoong became a monk, it would be weird

[News] 090712 TVXQ’s Concert in Beijing was Astounding from Start to Finish

On sohu news, the long-awaited TVXQ 3rd Asia Tour Concert “MIROTIC” finally reached Beijing last night (11thof July ) at the Beijing Stadium, having a 2-hour long concert that excited the 50K fans that gathered. Their red lightsticks were swaying along with the songs and singing together with TVXQ, the whole stadium was just beautiful.

It is said that the whole concert was just filled with excited fans, but there are some songs that could only be made special with them.During “HUG,” the members started to tear apart Changmin’s clothes, making everyone laugh. The song “Balloons,” which had a light beat, even attracted the fans to sing along. “Somebody to Love” and “MIROTIC” were the highlights of this concert, bringing all the fans HIGH to the max. Jung Yunho even shouted “I LOVE BEIJING” during the song “Somebody to Love,” giving the fans a friendlier feel.

Before the concert started, fans were so excited that they started to cry. During the performance, the majority of the fans were shouting the five members’ names nonstop, and during the members’ solos, the fans even changed their lightsticks quickly according to the member’s representative colors, like for Kim Jaejoong, it was green. For Jung Yunho solo’s, it changed to yellow; it’s really mysterious.
Unlike the other concert, TVXQ’s performance had two encores, singing four songs and at the end, they kept thanking the fans for their support.
Kim Junho came to the concert as part of the audience.
Before the opening of the concert, there was a little commotion. The fans were standing and facing to one direction. The one sitting near the stage was Kim Junsu’s fraternal twin brother, Kim Junho. Kim Junho has hopes to enter the mainland’s market and this time, he’s here to support his brother’s concert. Fans, too, noticed that there were other mainland idol groups in the audience, here to watch and learn how TVXQ performs.

[News] 090712 From BoA to 2PM, Idols’ Debut Secret Talk Show to be Aired

Showing off BoA, TVXQ, Big Bang, SNSD, 2PM, etc, who have led the music industry for all ages of audience, they will be on a talk show about their secret life. The channel that would be airing this talk show is MBC’s every1 new variety show, “21st Generation Idol Army.” The host would be talking about stars who debuted big like BoA, Rain, Se7en, TVXQ, Wonder girls, SNSD, Super Junior and more, showing pictures and videos of them when they were trainees and about to debuting.There would be a broadcast of their hit songs and their fans support.
The 10th of July was the first broadcast featuring Big Bang & Shinhwa, from their debut era to their recent activities, doing a comparison. Having to depend on the fans to deliver food such as seaweed rice (T/N: O.O!) to make it through in life, because their looks weren’t the best and got rejected by the music industry, music group SG wannabe will talk about their sorrows together with the other stars.
Furthermore, the show would be introducing artistes’ debut hairstyles and fashion trends, creating a stir in the fashion industry. “21st Generation Idol Army” started last 10th July, 6PM.

[News] DBSK the first Korean Group to perform at the Tokyo Dome

Dong Bang Shin Ki will be the first Korean artiste to perform at the Tokyo Dome, proof that the group has become one of the top stars in Japan.
The group will have their last concert performance for ‘Tohoshinki- 4th Live Tour 2009 – The secret code’ on 4th and 5th July there.
The Tokyo Dome is the dream stage where the top and popular singers like SMAP, GLAY, Ayumi Hamazaki etc had performed on. It can accomodate 50,000 audiences and is about 4 times as big as the largest indoor stadium in Korea.
For their 4th concert tour, Dong Bang Shin Ki had performed at 9 different cities, meeting up with about 250,000 fans through their concert performances.
Meanwhile, from 2nd till 6th July, they will be performing in Tokyo for their event ‘TOHOSHINKI PREMIUM SHOWCASE 2009 in OMOTESANDO’.
